How it works
Camera Sink notices it right away and counts what's new.
Type “Jake's Wedding” and it goes into every folder and file name. Or leave it blank and it starts by itself.
Every photo is copied, read back and checked. A ✓ in the menu bar means it's all safe.

No. Camera Sink only reads your card. Nothing on it is ever moved, renamed or deleted.
Almost any camera that saves to a memory card: Nikon, Canon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic LUMIX, OM System, GoPro, DJI drones, RED and AVCHD camcorders. RAW, JPG, HEIC and the usual video formats are covered. A few formats, like 360° video, stay on the card, and Camera Sink tells you so.
Yes. Camera Sink fills ordinary folders on your drive, so you can open or import them in Lightroom, Capture One, Photos or anything else.
On your Mac, an external drive or a network drive. If the drive is unplugged when a card goes in, Camera Sink waits for it.
The 7 days start with your first import. After that, buy a license for $19 to keep importing. Everything already in your library stays exactly where it is.
Only to check your license: once when you enter it, and briefly about once a month after that. Just the license key and your Mac's name are sent. Your photos never leave your drives.
